Even without going over the instruction guide that came with it I was able to figure out how to use it with a little experimentation. I just love using my new camera, the Olympus 1050. The camera is lightweight and fits into my pocket. Often I wear it around my neck so I can have both hands free. It’s a great camera; there is only one aspect of the camera that I do not care for - it uses batteries very quickly. I’m not sure why, but it seems to use more battery life when I set it on close-ups. I have an extra battery so it’s not a huge problem. I’m not sure how it withstands being dropped, or use during snowy conditions.
